He is a licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Illinois and is Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in the practice of both Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. in Chicago. Stephen holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
